Welcome

I would like to personally welcome everyone to Lymphatic Decongestive Therapy, where I will be happy to answer relative questions and be happy to hear your personal opinions. I also invite individuals who are suffering from this disease to submit your comments as well. What's working for you, what is not working, what to avoid, what helps, and list any resources you have found to be useful or even useless. It's important we share information both the good and the bad.
